Standard Delivery times are:

Breakfast 7.30am - 11am

All other Boxes 8am - 4pm
We will communicate a delivery window normally the day before delivery. Please add to the notes if you have a specific delivery request and we will do our best to accommodate this.
For delivery, we recommend someone present at time of delivery due to the nature of our product. If no one is present, your order will be left at your door and you will receive a non-reply text notification. For gifts, if the recipient is not present, their order will be left at their door and they will receive a non reply text with photo to notify them of delivery. In the rare event that a gift is unable to be delivered, the sender will be informed. We do not offer redelivery services nor tracking/ email confirmations. A Bite to Remember is not responsible for stolen, missing or damaged orders left at the door due to no one present at time of delivery.
A Bite to Remember is not responsible for incorrect input of address. All corrections must be made in writing, via email, abitetoremembertx@gmail.com prior to the cut off time for modifications. During delivery, our drivers will make every attempt to access the premises. Delivery to a new address indicates a new order and is subject to availability. In the event that an incorrect address is given or access can not be made by our drivers due the absence of a gate code etc., the customer will be notified that a delivery was undeliverable. We do not offer re-delivery services and do not issue refunds or credits for orders unable to be delivered due to no fault of our own. It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to access a premises whether it be for a personal delivery or a gift. This includes, ensuring a neighborhood is not blocked off for major holidays such as July 4th or Memorial Day.
All of our orders are stored in temperature controlled bags while transported and can be enjoyed up to 5 hours without refrigeration.
Though we have had many of our customers order a day or two prior to an event, we recommend that our offerings be consumed same day for optimal freshness. If you choose to order a day prior or will be storing your order in the refrigerator, we recommend removing any bread or crackers.
Hotel Delivery Policy
Driver will call upon arrival, please meet driver at lobby. Driver will attempt to make contact for up to 15 minutes upon arrival. If Driver is unable to make contact, order will be considered undeliverable and is nonrefundable.
Pick-up Orders
We do not have store hours. Pick-up orders are by appointment only, a 30 minute grace period will apply. Your order is confirmed based on
the current availability at the time of order. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals past the grace period. All changes to pick up time
and or date must be made prior to the cut off time allotted for modifications or cancelations. Orders not picked up will be deemed abandoned
and are non-refundable. Abandoned orders are disposed of at the end of business day for food safety and quality assurance. Orders deemed
abandoned are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled, as the product has been made. Any changes to pick up date or time must be
made within the cut-off times listed in our cancellation/modification policy and are based on current availability, changes to pick up time or
method are not accepted same day. If there is an issue on the day of scheduled pickup, please call directly at the phone number given on your order confirmation email. DO NOT EMAIL and DO NOT CONTACT ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
