/ REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Regular Orders: Refunds will be granted for regular orders cancelled or modified more than 3 days from booked date. Cancellations made less than 3 days from booked date are nonrefundable and may not be rescheduled. If your order is booked for Friday, then Monday would be the last day for any modifications or cancellations. Credits will not be issued, no exceptions.
Holiday Orders: If your order is for a peak holiday, (including but not limited to: Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve) Refunds will be granted if cancelled or modified more than 7 days from booked date. If your order is booked for a Friday, the Thursday of the previous week would be the last day for any modifications or cancellations. Credits will not be issued, no exceptions.
For orders of 10+ boxes: refunds will be granted when cancelled more than 5 days from booked date. Cancellations made less than 5 days from booked date are nonrefundable and may not be rescheduled. Credits will not be issued, no exceptions.
Pick up orders are by appointment only, if not picked up 30 min past appointment time order will be deemed abandoned and are nonrefundable. We cannot guarantee your order be available outside appointment times. Any and all modifications to pick up times must be made in writing to abitetoremembertx@gmail.com 48 hours prior to pick up appointment date, approval is based on availability.
We understand that life is unpredictable and have relaxed our cancellation policy. We encourage our customers to finalize plans prior to ordering. Thank you for your understanding.
