SALES POLICY

​​Orders

Our products are made to order with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Orders can be placed through our website or by direct contact via email.

Payments

We accept online payments via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of order.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No refunds are issued for late cancellations or missed pickups.

Deliveries and Pickups

We offer local deliveries in Leander, Austin, and surrounding areas. You can also pick up your order at the address provided when confirming your order.

Legal Information

Our products are manufactured under the Texas Cottage Food Act. They are not inspected by the Texas Department of Health or any local authority.

Allergies

Our products may contain or have been manufactured in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, egg, soy, wheat, and other allergens.

Pick up orders are by appointment only, if not picked up 30 min past appointment time order will be deemed abandoned and are nonrefundable. We cannot guarantee your order be available outside appointment times. Any and all modifications to pick up times must be made in writing to abitetoremembertx@gmail.com 48 hours prior to pick up appointment date, approval is based on availability.
